A solution that proposed was a new architecture which modularized content, prioritized accuracy, and introduced new InDesign automation. This new system significantly improved efficiency, substantially reducing typical processes from 90 minutes to 90 seconds with perfect accuracy. Company wide, schedules were transformed, allowing curators to focus on ensuring accuracy before delivery. The production cycle of their largest 8,000+ SKU catalog was reduced to six weeks from 9 months and set the baseline of efficiency for all other products. A global customization platform wanted a better way to share its quality business cards products while demonstrating its premium finishing options as part of a brand relaunch. When the complexity of the requirements were too complex to implement onto the customer platform, we build an internally hosted tool that delivered 112 variant versions, with personalization and multiple finish options. The tool provided an online proofing and approval workflow that execute over 3,000 orders, servicing office employees all over the world.
