Automated Email Service
Our automated email services provide you with an easy to use, email based workflow. We provide you with an email address which belongs to our servers, and then you send us your emails for processing. Our workflows take the content of your email attachments and merge it into your document templates.
As part of your custom workflow, you decide which attachments are paired to which templates. You can also choose to process these emails automatically with forwarding rules within your mail program, or to manually forward messages at your discretion. Our servers will then automatically reply to your message with an email and attachment containing your individually processed documents in PDF form.
Within minutes, your email, forwarded to us, generates an email back to you containing completed, versioned documents. It's that simple.
